Today we’re announcing that five new beautiful bungalow homes are under construction for our inventory. Two of the new homes are in our Murray Heights community in Trenton, and the other three are being built in the Napanee community of West Bridge Estates.
In Murray Heights, lots 28 and 29 will feature the new inventory homes. Lot 28, at 23 Matheos Crescent, will be a 1553 ft2 Twin Otter model “A”, while lot 29, at 21 Matheos Crescent, will be a 1553 ft2 Griffon model “B” bungalow. Both homes provide great value for a modern, comfortable home.
Meanwhile in West Bridge Estates, lots 21, 22 and 23 will be the location of three wonderful new bungalows. Lot 21, at 187 Cherrywood Parkway, is set to host a comfortable 1585 ft2 custom plan home. Lot 22, at 185 Cherrywood Parkway, will feature a 1799 ft2 edition of our popular Linden model. Last, but not least, a large, unique lot, #23 at 183 Cherrywood Parkway, will have a completely custom, 2020 ft2 large bungalow with three bedrooms and lots of living space.
