Purchasing a home is a big commitment and investment. We understand the importance of this process and are dedicated to making it as smooth as possible. We will be with you every step of the way, providing guidance and support to ensure we turn your dream home into a reality.
Our Building Process Breakdown
Step 1: Meet With Us
The first step of our process involves meeting you and getting to know you. Call or e-mail us today to book an appointment with us. During that meeting we can discuss what you’re interested in for a community and home, and show you what we have to offer.
Step 2: Choose And Customize Your Plans
After we have met and had a chance to learn about you, we will provide you with our brochure and show you options that work best with what you are looking for. Once you have decided on a floor plan, we will work closely with you to customize the layout to fit your vision of your new home.
Step 3: Make A Decision
When your floor plan is finalized and the layout is to your liking, the next step is signing off on all of the selections. The closing date will be finalized and the agreements will be signed.
Step 4: Choose Your Home Selections
You will schedule appointments to meet with our interior designer. Together you will select interior and exterior finishes from various options, including paint colors, hardware, and roofing materials. We will make sure that all areas are covered and your preferences are met.
Step 5: Prepare For The Move
This is the longest waiting period. We invite you to sit back, relax and put your trust in us to make your dream a reality. While we are building the home, you should be purchasing any lighting and kitchen appliances, such as a stove and refrigerator. You will want to organize your home utilities, arrange times with your movers, and prepare yourself and your family for the big move.
Step 6: Double Check The Quality
The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) ensures that we deliver everything you desire. We will schedule an appointment to tour your home. During the tour, we will carefully review and double-check every detail with you, noting any issues, such as a paint chips, smudges, or marks on the wall or floor. Once completed, we will promptly address the concerns brought up during the PDI.
Step 7: Move Into Your New Home
It's time to hand you the keys and open the doors to your brand new home! This final step marks the official move-in day. We sincerely appreciate your decision to choose us as your home builder, and we eagerly look forward to seeing you and your family create wonderful memories in your new home.
