The Two-Storey Six Plex features two different unit designs for the exterior units, which are mirrored on either side of the building, and the four interior units.

The floor plan for the exterior units includes a powder room just off the front foyer, and a kitchen with a large island that adds space for a breakfast bar with additional seating. The primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a beautiful ensuite.

The interior units have a large great room area, a powder room placed at the front of the home, and a staircase to the second floor from the great room. The second floor features a laundry room at the top of the stairs.
