The Six Plex Townhouse is one of our original designs that features three separate floor plans. One plan is for the two exterior units mirrored on either side, and the other two are for the interior units with additional half storeys.

The first interior floor plan includes a powder room adjacent to the front foyer, a kitchen with a large walk-in pantry, and a 'U'-shaped staircase in the centre of the unit. The second floor provides two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional recreation room.

The second interior floor plan features the bedrooms on the second floor, with a walk-through closet leading to a beautiful ensuite in the primary bedroom. The kitchen in this floor plan includes a large walk-in pantry.
