Welcome to the new Staikos Homes website! In the works for a long time, this new website offers a modern look, and works on PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. Our goal was to make our acclaimed custom home offerings far more accessible online, using a platform that would allow us to always keep it up-to-date.
The new website now contains completely updated details of all of our standard models of homes and townhouses, including floor plans, and details of key features. The community pages show which of these models are available to be built in each community that Staikos Homes builds. Of course we continue to offer customization of these plans, and further custom designs as our customers desire.
One of the more exciting additions to the website is our home inventory. These are homes and townhomes that we have already built and have available for quick close sale. All of our communities have inventory homes available, and you can see these specific homes from the community pages and from the overall inventory list. Each inventory home has its full address and lot number, key features, floor plan, and detailed dimensions available to browse and compare. The rendering of the front of the home is exactly as it is built, so it shows what your new home will look like.
